**Position**: In-Home Support Worker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support and Care**: Provide individualized support to a joyful child with disabilities, including assistance with daily activities, therapeutic exercises, and personal care as needed.
- **Engagement and Interaction**: Create a nurturing and stimulating environment by engaging the child in activities tailored to their interests and developmental needs.
- **Supervision**: Oversee and ensure the well-being of the two younger siblings, offering guidance and support as they engage in their daily routines and activities.
- **Guidance**: Offer mentorship and support to the older sibling, helping them navigate their responsibilities and interactions within the family dynamic.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the family to develop and implement strategies that support the child's growth and address any specific needs.
- **Safety**: Maintain a safe and inclusive home environment, promoting a sense of security and well-being for all children.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children with disabilities or in a caregiving role.
- Strong understanding of developmental needs and strategies for supporting children with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, siblings, and family members.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple children while providing individualized attention.

**Preferred**:

- Relevant certifications or training in special education or child development.
- Experience in a similar in-home support role.
