**Position Overview**:_
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Troubleshooting of technical issues
- Collaborate with various teams to inform them of issues and/or resolution of problems
- Onsite work time necessary as well as remote
- Other duties as assigned
- **Qualifications and Experiences Needed**:_
- Post-secondary graduate with a degree, diploma or certificate in information technology or computer science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Working knowledge of Linux & ChromeOS, very little Windows
- Working knowledge of Network configurations and Wiring
- Ability to monitor desktops associated network performance
- Knowledge and experience with basic security measures and requirements
- Skill in systems testing of specification requirements
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a _hybrid_ role (remote/onsite) with the weekly time commitment of 2-4 hours.
