We are looking for a dedicated, organized and flexible individual wanting to work in our Automotive Mechanics Bay.

Reporting to the Fleet Services Manager for all direct day-to-day duties; the Trailer Technician (310J) is expected to coordinate and interact with the automotive team and their managers as well as other admin personnel and in effect work in concert with the entire organization.

About the Role

This is a Trailer Technician (310J) role for our mechanics bay to perform services and repairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs scheduled and emergency services and maintenance to fleet trailers
- Performs inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension brake and air systems on equipment

Qualifications:

- Licensed Trailer Technician (310J) required
- Valid G License in good standing
- Completion of post-secondary program in automotive services an asset
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong aptitude and knowledge of technical and mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Must have very strong knowledge and experience with electrical work, diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills
