This is a 100% commission role. Compensation is completely based on performance.

What will you do?
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients, assess their needs and recommend appropriate home solutions such as: heating and cooling equipment, humidifiers, uv lights and other accessories
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
- Generate Positive google reviews from your sales interactions with our clients and maintain a positive relationship with clients from start to the completion of the job
- Enroll customers into our membership plans
- Attaining sales goals at or above quota revenues
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Be an active member of our team, provide input and ideas to improve lead generation & sales opportunities

Who you are
- Driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, dependable
- Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proud in the work that you do, committed to providing your clients with an exceptional experience from start to finish and build long lasting relationships
- Possess a positive and professional presence, exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
- Possess great computer skills and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ideally possesses at least 3 years experience with a proven track record of successful sales experience within the business to consumer (B2C) market in residential HVAC sales
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that regularly includes evening and weekend appointments (when the customers want to meet us)
- Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
