**Journeyman Agricultural Equipment Technician**

**Location: Kinistino, SK**

**Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time**

**Reporting to: Service Manager**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Inspect and diagnose issues for a wide variety of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, cultivators, seeders, sprayers etc.
- Repair, adjust and/or replace systems and components according to specifications
- Perform updates and inspections
- Using our business system to maintain a record of repairs and parts used
- Participate in service calls when necessary

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently and unsupervised yet be coachable
- Work as a professional, displaying a “Pride in Workmanship” mindset
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Adhere to our Core Values
- Experience working on Agco brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Challenger is an asset
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends during seeding and harvest
- Registered Journeyman - Agriculture Equipment Technician required **or**:

- Registered Journeyman - Heavy Duty Equipment Technician
