**Bobcat Operator (Residential Construction)**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential **Bobcat Operator **to join our team specializing in grading residential homes. As a Residential Bobcat Operator, you will play a crucial role in preparing residential construction sites, handling materials, and executing precise excavation and grading tasks. Your expertise in operating Bobcat equipment will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our residential projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare residential construction sites by clearing debris, rocks, and vegetation, and leveling the ground to ensure a solid foundation for construction.
- Perform precise excavation, backfilling, and grading (driveways and topsoil) work around residential properties to meet design specifications, ensuring proper water drainage and optimal landscaping.
- Safely handle and transport various materials, such as soil, mulch, gravel, and construction supplies, to support residential construction activities.
- Assist in general site cleanup and maintenance tasks to maintain a tidy and safe work environment during and after project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced operating a bobcat on residential construction sites is a requirement.
- Familiarity with residential construction processes, excavation techniques, and safety protocols applicable to residential projects.
- A valid driver’s license and your own form of transportation to get to and from work is required.
