Canadian Linen and Uniform Services Company est à la recherche d’un chauffeur-livreur pour être responsable de fournir des services à la clientèle exceptionnels et de gérer les comptes à nos clients.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Charger le camion de façon sécuritaire et fonctionnelle;
- Livrer et ramasser des uniformes, des serviettes et des nattes, des produits de nettoyage chimiques et d’autres articles de location;
- Favoriser l’excellence client en gérant les comptes de manière proactive et en développant de solides relations avec les clients;
- Coordonner de manière proactive avec les services internes pour résoudre les problèmes des clients;
- Conduire un camion le long d’un itinéraire et d’un service établis au sein d’une clientèle existante;
- Livrer divers produits aux clients;
- Faire signer les factures électroniques;
- Percevoir les paiements requis;
- Éduquer les clients sur le processus de facturation;
- Résoudre les problèmes des clients;
- Complétez votre dépôt à la fin de la journée et soldes les factures selon les procédures;
- Effectuer le tour de sécurité de son véhicule et remplir le journal de bord;
- S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées ou qui pourraient lui être confiées.

**Nous recherchons des personnes qui sont**:

- Terminé Secondaire ou supérieur;
- Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite vierge (nous avons besoin d’un résumé du conducteur);
- Capacité de répondre aux exigences physiques du poste (y compris la capacité de soulever jusqu’à 50 lb sur une base régulière tout au long de la journée et de pousser/tirer jusqu’à 300 lb assistés) pendant le processus d’accouchement;
- Axé sur le client et orienté vers les détails;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en résolution de problèmes.
- Des nuitées peuvent être nécessaires. La flexibilité serait un atout
