**Position Overview**:As the Gym Assistant Manager at FitTheorem, you will be the driving force behind our mission to inspire and empower our members on their fitness journeys. Your industry knowledge, tireless dedication, knack for organization, and adeptness in sales and leadership will shape the gym's success and impact positively on our members' lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team comprising fitness trainers, front desk personnel, and support staff. Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages growth, learning, and exceptional service delivery.
- **Sales & Membership**: Devise and execute strategic plans to increase membership sales and retention rates. Leverage your sales experience to drive revenue growth while ensuring that every member finds their home at FitTheorem.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction.
- **Member Engagement**: Foster a sense of belonging and community among members by organizing events, workshops, and challenges that align with their fitness goals.
- **Performance Tracking**: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate the gym's performance. Implement necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- **Personal Development**: Stay current with fitness industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the gym's offerings and member experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of workout methodologies, equipment, and trends.
- Demonstrated track record in sales and membership growth within a fitness or related setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide staff to achieve their best.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with both team members and members.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.

**Salary**: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
