**Essential Duties**:

- Follows up on work assignments from Supervisor.
- Ability to drive Counterbalance lift truck, willing to learn to drive side loader.
- Fill out load sheets/ perform inventories.
- Communicate with drivers
- shippers.
- Work outside during any weather conditions.
- Maintain yard and ensure it is organized.
- Maintain lift truck and inspection records.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Overtime is **required** on a as needed basis.
- All other duties assigned as required.

**Additional Compliance Responsibilities**:

- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
- Group Compliance Manual:

- 4 All personnel

**Education/Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience using a lift truck preferred.

**Other Skills and Requirements**:

- Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
- Read and writing in English.
- Work overtime as needed / flexible hours required.
- Communication skills.
