Qualifications:

- Aggressive, Competitive, Committed and Energetic
- Passion for, or knowledge of Zumiez brands and culture
- Previous management experience working in a FAST paced environment
- Experience in action sports or equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Lead a positive and result driven sales culture

**Job Description**:

- Maximizes personal & store sales results through selling, maintaining & covering zones.
- Assists the Store Manager in maximizing sales results in the area of sales, merchandising & operations.
- SALES: Maintain personal results while training & directing the team to provide customer service.
- MERCHANDISING: Execute HO product direction & make store specific product decisions to drive sales results.
- OPERATIONS: Opening & Closing the store (Including but not limited to reconciling the register, markdowns, transfers, promotion set up, inventory audits and store execution audits).

Pay: From $18.58 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
- Training & development: 2 years (preferred)
