**Full Job Description**

S&V Worldwide Inc. is a privately owned Canadian company with a long history in the consulting and contingent workforce management. Our company's global mission is to be relentless in the delivery of best services to help customer's business profitability and improve their operational efficiency. As a professional IT consulting team we partner with major financial institutions, investment firms and government ministries. We are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge consulting services and recruiting all levels of IT positions for our clients. We are currently looking for individuals to fulfill a position of Intermediate and Snr Project Managers with one of our government clients
- Once a month

**Duration**: 8 months to start with possible extension.

**Client**: Ministry of consumer services

**Description**
- **Relationship Management and Communication**:

- Demonstrated experience in communication and mediation skills with business teams and core team members to ensure Client products are progressing according to schedule or product road map
- Demonstrated experience in team building, consensus building and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience with strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change during all stages of products - Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live or similar delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating with business stakeholders on functional design issues and detailed solution design
- **Product Management - Knowledge, Risks, Issues, Scheduling & Reporting**:

- Demonstrated experience with identification to risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
- Ability to articulate and prioritize issues and risks at program management and senior executive level and recommend mitigation strategies for decision makers
- Ability to create and maintain a product road map which describes how your product is likely to evolve over time.
- Ability to delivery on a product with a balanced team (product owner, user experience designers, developers) utilizing Agile (SCRUM) delivery methodologies. Scrum master experience is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience delivering **Salesforce solutions **and coordinating Salesforce development teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of online collaboration tools such as MIRO, Atlassian Confluence and Trello, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Backlog Management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps,
- A background in **data analytics and data engineering **is a must

**Must Haves**
- Expertise in **MS Office 365 - Jira and Confluence, Agile/Scrum**:

- Hiring Manager is looking for person who has **7- 8 years experience Data Analytics Project/ Data Engineering**

**Nice to Haves**
- Public Sector/Govt Ministry work experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $90.00-$100.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Ontario Public Sector: 1 year (preferred)
- Data Analytics Project/ Data Engineering: 8 years (required)
- managing Salesforce development teams: 2 years (required)
- IT project management: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- PMP Certification (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
