Must have weekend availability and a desire to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

General Role/Responsibilities:

- Anticipate customer needs and provide assistance in a supportive/"no pressures" manner
- Learn and communicate product/brand knowledge
- Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance (merchandizing/displays)
- Inventory maintenance (through organization and attentive customer service)
- Product maintenance (steam clothing/clean testers)
- Receive and process new arrivals
- Process and ship customer online orders
- Customer Cash and Wrap
- Open and Close (key holder)
- Cash Handling
