Supporting clients with sound legal advice and service at all stages of the life cycle of a business including start-up, maintenance, expansion, reorganization and, ultimately, family succession, wind-up or sale. Specific areas of work include:

- Incorporations, Partnerships, Joint Ventures, Professional Corporations
- Corporate changes and reorganizations
- Structuring, reviewing, drafting, negotiating commercial agreements
- Assessing pitfalls and potential issues/risks on agreements to advice clients and provide opinion
- Business acquisitions, sales, financings
- Franchising
- Commercial Agreements
- Commercial Financing
- Commercial Leasing

Provide thorough and responsive communication to clients in an understandable manner. Develop an understanding of clients’ business to serve them better.

Managing multiple priorities and delegation of appropriate work to the supporting team.

Continuing business development through participation in various community events and organizations.

A member of the LSO in good standing with a minimum of 7 years of experience practicing corporate and commercial law.

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
