Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Basic payroll
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the clinic and its services.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient records, transactions, and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in physio/rehab clinic a PLUS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Bilingual (Portuguese is a PLUS)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of JANEAPP
- Knowledge in Telus Portal,WSIB and MVA Billing a PLUS
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
