**Job Summary**
This position shall be responsible for maintenance of tooling, fixtures, all inventory materials, saw maintenance, and the cutting of selected material to carry out assigned jobs.

**Position Objectives**

To ensure adequate controls over inventory materials, maintain optimal processes and procedures for cutting materials.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Inventory (Material)**
- Manage all materials for inventory
- Manage location, labeling, VET (ERP) System integration
- Sign in and out of operations on routers for inventory counts
- Receive materials into VET, and assign to proper floor location
- Responsible for year end inventory, and maintaining up to date VET (ERP) Records
- Ensure all inventory and racking is stacked in a safe manner

**Inventory (Tools and Supplies)**
- Oversee Kanban tooling and supplies
- Responsible for ordering tools
- Responsible for ordering shop supplies

**Cutting**
- Responsible for all cutting
- Responsible for Maintenance of saw
- feeds/speeds with correct blades
- Assign material to proper location on shop floor
- Use VET to Sign in and out of cutting operations, and process material certifications
- Process material for next operational procedure by following router instructions
- Work with the Production Manager or Operations Manager for material ordering and stock management

**General**
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Other jobs may be required to support other departments

**Authority**
Accountable for the entire movement of materials

Meet scheduled delivery dates

Develop skills and knowledge to improve output

Ask questions if unsure

Keep investment on inventories to a mínimal

Minimize idle time by avoiding stock outs and shortages.

**Experience & Key Skills**
2 - 3 years of equivalent experience as an Inventory Clerk in a Machine Shop environment

Able to interpret basic drawings and blueprints.

Proficient in computer Skill, and ERP System

Organized and has a high attention to detail.

Excellent Multitasking skills

Able to work under pressure.

Good arithmetic skills

Good interpersonal skills

Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
