**THE CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE**:

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Ensure projects are installed according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes.
- Prepare detailed Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
- Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates.
- Set up all projects from an administrational standpoint, utilizing all current internal process & Tools
- Provide clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Attend Project Meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects.
- Attend Planning Meetings to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Pursue professional development by attending GSR Meetings.
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.
- Manage Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings.
- Support Project Team through coaching, professional development, Weekly Team Huddles and GSR Meetings.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years managing projects in the Landscape or Construction industry.
- Experience with Project management software tools and current technology.
- Experience reading architectural plans
- Project Management experience / training preferred
- Connections in the industry.
- Agility with softwares and spreadsheets
- Proven ability to focus on micro details

**APPLICATION**:
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
