**What does a typical day look like for a Managing Optician?**
- Ensuring the achievement of the sales objectives of the store;
- Adjusting, replacing and selling ophthalmic lenses;
- Adjusting and following up on contact lens clients;
- Taking measurements and cuting / fitting, editing ophtalmic glasses;
- Solving vision problems;
- Assuming the management of activities related to the operation of the store;
- Ensuring rigor to the New Look sales protocol;
- Providing customer service in line with the standards established by New Look and respond to customer requests and problems;
- Ensuring the professional development of the staff of the store;
- Planning, directing and evaluating the activities of a retail establishment in the field of optics;

- Are you a member of the Ordre des Opticiens d'Ordonnances du Québec AND/OR are a member of the College of Opticians of Ontario? (mandatory)
