ST. MICHAEL’S FENWYCK HEIGHTS MANAGER, INDEPENDENT LIVING

St. Michael’s Fenwyck Heights is a 170-unit Independent Living (with supportive services) facility owned and operated by St. Michael’s Health Group and is located in Spruce Grove, Alberta. As the Manager, for this facility you will be responsible for the provision of services to Residents and for the day to day operation of the Fenwyck Heights Facility including: property management, staff supervision, scheduling, budget development, billing, rent management, marketing, and ensuring that care and hospitality services are provided in accordance with applicable standards, statutory laws and regulations.The Manager is required to participate in related community activities and on relevant committees in promotion of the Facility and its programs. The Manager liaises with Alberta Health Services, home care personnel, residents, families, communityleaders and other stakeholders, etc. Assuming 24-hour responsibility for the facility, the Manager ensures the Facility operates in an efficient and effective manner.
