Located at our office in Saskatoon, SK, this position is an exciting opportunity and will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company.

**This is a full-time summer internship beginning in May 2023 and will last approximately 12-16 weeks. A company sponsored laptop and/or iPad will be provided for the time participating in the program. Paid housing during the internship may be considered.**

**What you will do**:

- Interact and communicate with customers in the areas of order entry, order shipment, and the logistics of sales transactions
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Transportation, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Credit along with Nutrien’s plants and warehouses to manage order to cash activity
- Update and maintain master data related to customers in various ERP systems
- Analyze specific sales region data based on office location
- Analyze global supply and demand scenarios for specific products
- Present to the Sales Leadership Team (at end of the internship) key activities, lessons learned, and growth opportunities
- Specific tasks and projects assigned will be dependent on the leader and office location of the internship

**What you will learn**:

- Thorough understanding of sales and customer experience processes and procedures and how transactions flow through and report in the various systems
- Gain insight into all of Nutrien’s fertilizer markets including Ag, Industrial, Feed, and International
- Experience a “day in the life of a sales manager” including travel to different key areas to learn about customers and crops within a given geography such as the Corn Belt, Southeast, PNW, and Western Canada
- Visit some of our mines, production facilities, and plants involved in the manufacturing and processing of nitrogen, phosphate, and potash product lines

**What you will bring**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Agriculture, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent four-year degree
- Possess excellent problem resolution and critical thinking skills, and ability to make self-guided decisions within established guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deliverables
