*Job Summary*

*Duties*
- Operate and monitor kettle cooking equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Prepare raw materials, including selecting and washing potatoes, as well as seasoning blends.
- Follow established recipes and production schedules to produce kettle chips consistently.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any equipment or production issues that arise.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of batch numbers and quality checks.

*Experience*
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards continuous learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
