**The Opportunity**:
Wrangling is an important support position that is unique to the film and visual effects industry, involved with rendering, data processing and delivering our VFX work to our clients.

**What the job involves**:

- Assisting Production in day-to-day deliverables to our clients and other internal departments.
- Working with our artists in their rendering support needs - investigating technical problems, troubleshooting.
- Attending to data related requests - such as moving/sorting, processing and ingesting data.

**What you would bring with you**:

- Be an excellent communicator and team player.
- Familiarity with Linux (or any other UNIX.)
- Willingness to do shift work and variable hours; between 40 - 50 per week.
- Tertiary Degree or Cert in IT, Comp Sci or Digital Media Design (Animation, Digital Art, 3D Modelling, Web Development.)

**Desirable skills you may also bring**:

- Service desk or customer service experience
- Basic understanding of machine hardware components, networking and system monitoring tools.
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python
- Data analysis and graphing.
