**Job Description**:
As a Game Master, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by guiding players through their escape room adventures. You will monitor game progress, provide hints when necessary, and ensure the environment is safe, clean, and engaging. Game Masters are the face of Escapology, making the experience both fun and memorable for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and brief teams before the game, explaining rules and storylines.
- Monitor game progress via camera systems, providing hints and assistance when needed.
- Reset and prepare escape rooms for new groups.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the facility.
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
