**About Brilliant Brothers Services**:
We are BC’s highest-rated and most trusted exterior cleaning company We specialize in moss removal, pressure washing, building washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning and holiday lighting. We are a fun, extremely fast-growing company that specializes in working with commercial building managers and residential property owners in the Greater Victoria Area. Our company has chosen to take a different approach to the industry by focusing on our employees in addition to the overall customer experience. We have built a quality team of passionate individuals who share the drive to provide an amazing experience for our customers.
Brilliant Brothers Services has been in Victoria for 5 years, with two owners at the helm. Our crews are rapidly expanding, which has lent itself to fast job development and promotion opportunities for our team members. As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on ONLY like-minded, kind, and passionate individuals who are excited to grow with us.

**Brilliant Pay**:
We want high achievers on our team, that's why we have implemented an industry-leading Pay-for-performance system that lets hard workers remove the pay cap from this job. We offer a base rate of $25.00 hr with Crew Leads making between $30-40$hr.
Daily commissions and bonuses on top of base pay
Full pay while driving to and from all jobs

- **Must not have previous injuries that could impact climbing ladders / wearing a harness**:
- **1 Year of Exterior cleaning experience**
