**Pay**:

- ** $90,000 Annually.**:

- Benefits after 3 months.
- Company matching RRSP after one year of employment.
- Company cell phone and laptop.

**Job Duties**:

- Hiring of sub trades, purchasing of materials, complete the daily and weekly project schedules, etc.
- Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of the project within the allotted time and monies.
- Attend various site meetings with clients, engineers, architects, etc. and maintain an excellent working relationship with them.
- Manage the Junior Project Coordinator to ensure tasks, directions and assigned projects are kept on task.
- Communicate regularly with OLC Estimators, Construction Superintendents and Oakridge Owners.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have a Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician Certificate / Degree, any Architectural Certificates, Landscape Certificates, Certified Project Manager, etc.
- Ability to read blue prints and understand elevations is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Work Pro, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project Manager and Adobe reader.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean abstract.
