**Responsibilities**:

- **Window Installation**: Measure, cut, and install various types of windows, including but not limited to, single and double-hung, casement, and sliding windows, ensuring a precise fit and proper alignment.
- **Glass Installation**: Install glass panels, mirrors, and other glass components in commercial settings, adhering to safety standards and local building codes.
- **Repair and Replacement**: Assess and repair existing windows and glass installations, replacing damaged or broken components as needed.
- **Customization**: Work with clients and contractors to customize glass solutions based on specific project requirements, providing expert advice on materials, styles, and design considerations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Use personal protective equipment and follow best practices to minimize workplace hazards.
- **Tools and Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment used in the installation process. Report any malfunction or need for repairs promptly.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality inspections to guarantee that installed windows and glass meet high standards for durability, aesthetics, and functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Glazer/Window Installer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of windows, glass materials, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and agility for lifting and maneuvering heavy glass panels.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Education and Certification**: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in glazing or related field is a plus.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Glazing: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)

- Glazing License (preferred)
