Key Responsibilities:
Membership Services:

- Handle membership inquiries, registration, renewals, and member database management.
- Address member concerns, queries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor club expenses, track revenue, and process payments.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.

Communication:

- Maintain clear and regular communication with club members, staff, and volunteers regarding upcoming events, schedules, and any changes or updates.
- Report to the board of directors as needed.

Human Resources:

- Payroll responsibilities using Payworks, reconcile coaches’ schedules with hourly pay, new employee set-up and onboarding.

Coaching Support:

- Provide ongoing support to enhance staff effectiveness.
- Maintain coach compliance with provincial and national databases.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure that the club adheres to all safety protocols and regulations, including certification and training.
- Maintain emergency response plans and emergency contact lists.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in club administration, event coordination, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members, staff, and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using various computer software, Swim Canada, Swim Alberta, and Team Unify management systems.
- Knowledge of swimming and aquatics is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
