**OVERVIEW**

The Associate Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing elements pertaining to SQF certification and Quality and Food safety system, including documents/records control and CAPA. The Associate Quality Systems Coordinator provides routine updates on the site’s Quality and Food Safety performance. This role works closely with the site’s Quality Systems Coordinator and Quality Manager.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage administration of the document control and record control programs, including routine reporting of the KPIs for the program
- Plays active role in development and implementation of site’s systems towards paperless documents and records
- Support the site in maintaining SQF certification
- Administer the CAPA Program, including routine reporting of the KPIs for the program
- Support management of the consumer complaints system, including trends related to consumer complaint data
- Supports cross-functional Food Safety Team, including regular meeting with the Food Safety Team to exchange information and discuss new procedures or equipment related to food safety
- Prepare and implement procedures to support quality and food safety systems
- Assist with traceability program, including traceability exercises
- Assist with COA program, both inbound and outbound
- Assist with incident management, including trending information
- Deliver training and orientation materials and maintain records associated with the training program
- Interact with ASR corporate staff on the systems used for document control, complaints, and CAPA
- Interact with Supplier Quality to update site’s documentation related to new suppliers and various materials
- Support the GMP inspection and calibration programs
- Support site’s Pest Control Program and interact with the site’s Pest Control Service provider
- Assists with effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and performance to plan via management reviews and metrics reporting
- Practices and promotes GMPS and plant safety procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
