**Position: Panel Assembler**

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret electrical drawings and schematics accurately
- Select components from a bill of materials
- Prepare and install cabling, connectors, and receptacles
- Assemble electrical control panels based on engineering drawings
- Ensure high attention to detail for neat construction of electrical panels
- Drill, tap holes, and modify enclosures for touch screens, heavy-duty receptacles, and push buttons
- Perform QC activities and complete QA paperwork
- Support industrial electrician in daily machine shop maintenance tasks
- Some training will be provided

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma / electrical trade cert or technology graduate
- Minimum of 1 year experience in electrical panel building/assembly or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical safety
- Familiarity with common tools (drills, jigsaws, crimpers, wire strippers)
- Ability to work in standing or kneeling positions and lift 50 lbs
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen interest in industrial automation, PLCs, VFDs, and automated controls

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Pay**: $19 to $24 per hour, depending on experience
