We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our lawyers in all phases of the litigation process. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to anyone who has worked as a Litigation Paralegal or as a Junior Associate.

The Responsibilities in this role are:

- Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs
- Prepare Affidavits of Documents including Schedule " A" documents
- Prepare materials for Examinations for Discovery and Undertakings
- Prepare summaries for medical and financial documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, counsel and third parties
- Review and organize case files and documents
- Prepare and maintain case calendars and deadlines
- Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits and witnesses
- Maintain confidentiality of client information

The Qualifications and Skills in this role are:

- Strong proofreading skills to ensure the accuracy of documents
- Proficient in document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiar with legal and medical terminology and procedures
- Understand the basic law principles and legal drafting
- Bilingualism in French is considered a strong asset.
