**We have an excellent opportunity as a Forklift Operator. This position is responsible for the Safe and Efficient operation of the Forklift assigned to the shipping area.**

- Perform a pre-shift inspection of the Forklift
- MUST HAVE experience operating propane counter balance forklift
- Complete pre-shift Daily Inspection form and hand-in at the start of shift
- Operate equipment/machinery following all Safety procedures
- Load and unload trucks
- Report any equipment malfunctions to Maintenance or Shipping Supervisor
- Monitor Quality of material and product being handled and report any deficiencies to Shipping Supervisor
- Ensure that material is stored in appropriate/designated storage areas
- Ensure accuracy of material supplied to Production line
- Maintain housekeeping/cleaning of equipment and around assigned work area
- Participate in Department and Company meetings as applicable
- Participate in mid and year-end inventory count if needed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, as applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor/Manager

**Requirements**:

- Forklift certification
- Minimum 6 years of Forklift experience
- Demonstrates ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently

**Shift Schedule**:

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am to 2:00pm

**Salary**: $22.44 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
