**Reporting to the Senior Site Supervisor, the Lead Hand is responsible for**:

- Has good knowledge of the construction industry.
- Experience with general carpentry duties, such as framing, forming and backing.
- Ability to operate equipment is an asset such as skid steers, zoom booms and scissor lifts.
- Participate fully in the CPI Occupation Health & Safety program and perform hazard assessments.
- Supervisor contractors and provide assistance to Site Supervisor as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years experience in a related.
- Trade certificate an asset.
- Completion of related certifications and courses an asset.
- Related experience with carpentry an asset.
- Must have experience running small crews and an understanding of OH&S procedures.
- Certificates for equipment an asset.
