**Job Description**:

- Gérer et motiver les analystes et les scientifiques à accomplir les tâches assignées à temps et selon des normes de qualité élevées.
- Avec l’aide du chef de département, gérer la performance, les revenus et les dépenses du groupe.
- Allocation et planification des ressources.
- Surveillance et direction
- Responsable de fournir des conseils aux analystes du ministère et de les superviser en ce qui concerne le rendement de leurs activités liées au ministère.
- Responsable de la gestion de projets de petite et moyenne envergure.
- Fournir un soutien technique expert aux analystes, aux groupes internes et autres SGS.
- Participer et diriger des enquêtes sur les OOS, OOT et les écarts. Participer et exécuter CAPA.
- Participez à la réponse à l’audit.
- Responsable de l’évaluation de la méthode et de la note technique.
- Maintenir le calendrier de travail et les plans de projet des analystes et des scientifiques conformément aux échéanciers et aux jalons clés du projet.
- Participer à des projets départementaux ou corporatifs visant à améliorer l’efficacité interne et la qualité globale du travail effectué au laboratoire.

**Qualifications**:

- Formation: BSc ou MSc / PhD
- Expérience: 5+ ans avec capacité démontrée à remplir des rôles / tâches plus complexes
- Capacité à se démarquer, à sortir des sentiers battus.
- Compréhension démontrée des BPF/BPL
- Capacité de coordonner et de gérer un groupe et sa charge de travail.
- Capacité d’interpréter et d’analyser des données de manière critique.
- Capable de lire, de comprendre, de communiquer et de suivre les instructions de travail de manière sécuritaire, précise et opportune.
- Capable d’interagir avec tous les niveaux de gestion, les fournisseurs et les clients.
- Fonctionne bien sous pression.
- Des heures prolongées et du travail par quarts peuvent être nécessaires de temps à autre.
- Bonne compétence personnelle
