Naramata, Canada Naramata Centre Society Full time

**"Happy Camper" Campground Operator**

On the shores of Okanagan Lake, among vineyards and orchards, in the heart of the village of Naramata, is The Naramata Centre, a place where people find an inclusive, welcoming spirit among shade-providing willows to reconnect with community, nature and spirit. Nestled in between are our campgrounds, a serene setting you can call your workplace if you are a happy, passionate camper yourself whose life path has provided the hard-headed skills and experience required to run the day to day operations and general upkeep of our beautiful campgrounds. You will be the heart and face of our guest community, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and respected for who they are, attending to all our guests' needs whilst ensuring all safeguarding policies are adhered to.

For this seasonal role, we are looking for one individual but we are open to consider a couple who can work closely together to share the workload. You must provide your own self contained camping unit (Camper, Trailer, RV or Motorhome) to live on-site for the duration of the season. Our peak season starts in mid-June and runs through September, with things growing quieter with the seasons. We take time over the winter to recoup and recover until the spring when we prepare to do it all again.
