Bar/lounge Manager

**As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Hiring, training, and scheduling bar staff
- Leading bar, serving and security teams
- Ordering, stocking, and managing inventory of drinks and supplies
- Creating and enforcing policies and procedures for the bar in compliance with Nunavut Liquor License Law
- Handling customer complaints and feedback
- Planning and executing promotional events and marketing strategies
- Maintaining licenses and complying with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring sales and expenses and managing budgets
- Providing quality service and products to customers
- Getting hands on with operations as required to deliver excellent results

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Bar/Night Club Manager or a similar role
- Strong leadership, and communication skills
- Innovative and creative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of a bar and its operations, including drink recipes, equipment, inventory, and Liquor Laws
- Bonus if you have experience in the Canadian North
