Production Lead Hand

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to plan and prioritize production schedules based on demand and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with various departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow.
- Set up the production line, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot any operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that production processes adhere to established quality control standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and quality control metrics.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area, promoting a safe and hygienic work environment.

**Employment Requirements**:
**. **must be available for afternoon/evening shift
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in beverage production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment used in beverage manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with production tracking software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as production demands.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices relevant to the food and beverage industry.

**Salary**: $24,000.00-$28,000.00 per year
