**Purpose**:
Ancillary Services provides a wide range of professionally managed campus services and amenities to enhance the student experience and support York University's mission, vision and priorities. **Education**:
Must hold valid Ontario Class 'C' licence and Air Brakes Certificate ('Z' endorsement) in good standing. Must have a good driving record and ability to drive vehicles in a safe manner.

**Experience**:
A minimum of two (2) years' recent experience (as defined as within the last 5 years') driving large passenger buses is required. One (1) year recent experience in customer service

**Skills**:
Must have demonstrated ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English as the incumbent receives and conveys messages by two-way radios in the vehicles, provides excellent customer service to customers such as greeting clients, communicating important information to passengers, answering inquiries, etc. Must be able to operate a mobile device for the purposes of responding to calls and verifying passenger bookings.Respects diversity and promotes inclusion in the workplace, contributes to an inclusive and diverse team-based, positive work environment. Recognizes diversity of abilities and adapt content, tone, medium, and style to audience to be inclusive.
