**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Some technical knowledge, training and experience in manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to interpret blue prints and drawings.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conducts pre-shift inspection of cranes/hoists, equipment, and tools.
- Reports deficiencies to the production supervisor.
- Operates cranes/hoists to transport or position large parts as required.
- Operates hand and power tools in a safe manner.
- Prepares parts for painting by cleaning, sanding and grinding surfaces using hand and power tools and equipment according to Production Worksheet and drawing or verbal instructions.
- Loads and unloads parts on and off the conveyor and/or paint carts prior to, and after parts have been painted.
- Cleans equipment, tools and the working area at the end of the shift or as required.
- Maintains daily production requirements and ensures quality of products by checking and inspecting finished products for proper quality.
- Prepares production reports as required.
- Recommends measures to improve productivity and product quality to the Supervisor.
- Adheres to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Follows health and safety rules and procedures.
- Works with minimum of supervision.
- Required to cross-train.
- Any other duties as required by management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
