**The Position**:
**We are currently searching for a highly detailed-oriented individual, eager to contribute and provide support to a strong finance Team.**

This position is suitable for an accounting student, looking for a seasonal employment opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities/Duties**:
Ø Manage Accounts Payable process including approvals coordination.

Ø preparation of invoice entries and vendor set-up.

Ø Recording bank and credit card transactions.

Ø Prepare and manage biweekly time sheets.

Ø Monthly intercompany account reconciliation.

Ø Data entry. Recording day to day transactions and reconciling accounts.

Ø Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.

Ø Prepare statistical and accounting reports.Key Responsibilities:
**Key Requirements/Skills**:
Ø Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Ø Knowledge and understanding of various Accounting and Finance tools.

Ø Some formal education in business, accounting, or finance.

Ø Knowledge of MS Office.

Ø Some prior experience with QuickBooks online would be an asset.

Ø Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and to be a part of a progressive team.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
