**Opportunity**:
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for both experienced and inexperienced individuals to join our production team. Whether you have worked outside in landscaping and lawn care for years or you’ve never done anything like this but have a passion for being outside, working independently and providing top notch customer service, we’re interested in hearing from you. **What we need from you**:
High School Diploma
Valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record
Good physical health (You’ll be doing a lot of walking every day)
Outgoing and friendly

Committed to superior Customer Service
Lawn care experience an asset but not required - Full Training Provided
Certified Pesticide Applicator Certificate an asset but not required

**Compensation**:
Hourly Wage plus commissions for sales made during the season. (Sales will represent a significant earning opportunity). Excellent benefits program for permanent employees.

**Opportunity type**: Full time, seasonal with opportunities for a long-term position

Wage: $17-19/hour (40+ hours per week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB T4P 1Y3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
