**Position Overview**:
As a Master Clinical Aesthetician, you will work closely with Dr. Taylor and our dedicated team, sharing patients and delivering top-tier medical aesthetic treatments and skin care.

This role starts with **hourly pay** and offers a plan to transition to a **competitive commission structure**, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term success within our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including laser treatments, JetPeel facials, RF skin tightening, medical grade facials, and other advanced procedures.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Dr. Taylor to coordinate care and share patients.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend products/services to maintain results.
- Ensure safety and efficacy in all treatments, adhering to the clinic's protocols and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in medical aesthetics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a clinical aesthetician in a medical or aesthetic clinic.
- License clinical aesthetics to practice in Nova Scotia
- Proficiency in using advanced devices, with **laser experience strongly preferred**.
- Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment options.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping patients feel confident and beautiful.
