Are you a mentor who has mastered the craft of operating machines, and would like to share your experience and knowledge to future operators? Our HEO Instructors work in an industrial learning site environment where they instruct HEO operations, theory and provide critical career experience to develop potential students and prepare them for an HEO career. Delivering high quality instruction and ensuring successful student learning are key components for this role.

Must haves (minimum requirements):

- 10 years of diverse HEO experience on multiple machines and multiple sectors i.e. construction, oil and gas, civil etc.
- Appropriate certifications/safety tickets
- Passion for instructing/ mentoring in an industrial environment
- Superior knowledge of industry and safety practices
- Leadership skills
- Computer skills
- Diverse communication skills
- Professionalism required in this College setting
- GPS experience an asset
