**Duties Are**:
Cutting Grass

Ongoing Property Clean-ups

Weeding and Turning Flower Beds

Trimming Bushes and Shrubs

Fertilizing and Over-seeding

Soil and Mulch Installation

Planting Flowers, Shrubs and Trees

**Starting rate: $20-$23/hour (based on experience and/or possession of a valid G license)**

**Raises are quickly granted based on the quality of your workmanship.**

**Having a valid clean full G Class license is preferred but not required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
