**1.** **Objectifs du poste**

L'analyste financier sera responsable d'analyser les dépenses et les revenus de négociation, la liaison entre la rétrofacturation et les équipes de marketing / ventes et de suggérer l'amélioration des processus (automatisation, suivi, reporting)

**2.** **Principales fonctions**
- Analyser les déductions du programme
- Auditer et valider les données de base dans notre système
- Analyser les transactions générées par les ventes, identifier les anomalies, les écarts et communiquer avec les équipes de vente pour résoudre les problèmes.
- À l'appui de l'équipe de marketing, analyser l'accumulation promotionnelle par rapport aux déductions réelles
- Retracer les anomalies et les écarts identifiés jusqu'à la source et recommander des améliorations au processus
- Soutenir l'analyste de marge dans les activités quotidiennes
- Analyse ad hoc au besoin

**3.** **Formation académique**
- Un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance

**4.** **expérience, compétences et aptitudes**
- Analytique, souci du détail et organisation
- Maîtrise d'Excel avancé
- Axé sur les données et compétent dans la manipulation des données
- L'expérience SAP et Vistex, un atout
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles traitant avec différents départements internes et personnalités
- Joueur autonome et d'équipe
- Bilingue, français et anglais (Nos clients et fournisseurs sont en très grande majorité à l'extérieur du Québec et ne parlent qu'anglais)
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite

**5.** **OBLIGATION DE RENDRE COMPTE**

Il est de la responsabilité de l'employé de:

- Effectuer les tâches définies dans sa description de poste
- Tenir son superviseur immédiat informé des activités sous sa responsabilité
- Travailler de manière professionnelle avec les différents départements
- Informer le superviseur immédiat de tout problème pouvant affecter la qualité des produits de l'entreprise

**1. JOB OBJECTIVES**

The Financial Analyst will be responsible to analyse trade expenses and revenues, the liaison between the Chargeback and marketing/Sales teams and suggesting process improvement (automation, tracking, reporting)

**2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**
- Analyse program deductions
- Audit and validate master data in our system
- Analyse transaction generated by sales, identify anomalies,
- discrepancies and communicate with sales teams to resolve the issues.
- In support of the marketing team analyze promotional accrual vs actual deductions
- Trace identified anomalies and discrepancies to the source and recommend process improvements
- Support the margin analyst in daily activities
- Ad-hoc analysis as needed

**3. ACADEMIC TRAINING**
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

**4. EXPERIENCE, COMPENTENCIES AND APTITUDES**
- Analytical, attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in advanced Excel
- Data driven and proficient in data manipulation
- SAP and Vistex experience, an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with different internal departments and personalities
- Autonomous and team player
- Bilingual, French and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
