We currently have a **Full-time, permanent opportunity **available at **Marks** located in **Shawnessy, AB**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Embraces the Columbia Brand through passion and product knowledge
- Acts as a genuine brand ambassador, merchandising and providing superior customer service representing the **Columbia** brand
- Uses proactive selling techniques.
- Merchandises **Columbia** product; implementing planograms and maintaining brand standards
- Communicates effectively and builds outstanding rapport with customers, store personnel and the **Columbia** / Powerhouse Management Team
- Works well in a team environment with other and independently on their own
- Practices responsible loss prevention practices and awareness

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of merchandising and customer service experience in a retail environment
- Must have an open availability including nights and weekends
- Able to work the sales floor, service customers and manage one’s own time, must be able to lift or carry up to 30lbs
