**Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Dispatcher**:

- Efficiently schedule and dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage heavy haul/ over dimensional shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments to address any delays or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and interactions with clients and carriers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize logistics software to optimize routes, minimize costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Troubleshoot logístical problems and implement effective solutions.

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- During downtime or as part of a dual role, engage in sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
- Present our logistics solutions persuasively, highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
- Sales experience or a willingness to learn and engage in sales activities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve both logístical and sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or sales is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
