**JOB OVERVIEW**
- Reporting to the Corporate HSE Manager, the HSE Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HSE department; including collecting safety-related data and ensuring that all departments comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a positive and professional liaison between the HSE and all other departments
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, typing memos, taking meeting minutes (prepare, draft and proof), photocopying and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals etc.
- Update and manage the HSE distribution list, contact databases, electronic filing systems and Bistrainer profiles providing document control and retention
- Coordinate and manage schedules and documentation to include prioritizing urgent matters and timely follow-up on key action items and procedures
- Reconcile credit card statements for the HSE department
- Maintains tracking systems including hazard IDs, incidents and inspections etc. as required
- Creates monthly company safety data reports; monthly and quarterly safety statistics
- Provides admin duties to Training Manager when required
- Maintains all HSE Bulletin Boards within FMFNGOC & FMFN468 entities
- Researches, writes, and distributes safety topics, alerts, and bulletins
- Assists with the development and implementation of Emergency Response Plans for GOC main admin building
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies for the HSE department
- Identify potential problems and shifting priorities and suggest ways to resolve these
- Monitor progress of multiple projects under tight timelines
- Attend quarterly JOSHC meetings and assist as needed
- Maintain open and clear HSE communication with all managers and field employees should assistance be required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate HSE Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have HSA designation or working towards
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience; experience in an HSE role or in a Health & Safety environment preferred
- Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; clean driver’s abstract
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AdobePro). A proficiency test may be required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to work with mínimal supervision with established policies and procedures, including timelines for tasks
