As a business intelligence analyst on the reverse logistics and lean engineering analytics team, you will work closely with a group of analytics professionals and both technology and business stakeholders at Best Buy, to create personalized, meaningful, and respectful relationships with our customers on each stage of their shopping journey.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
- Build operational dashboards that help reverse logistics and lean engineering teams track performance and find new efficiencies in Best Buy’s returns, repairs, and resell processes.
- Drive ad-hoc investigations and analyses to estimate impact to P&L of new business opportunities, process improvements, and operational changes.
- Develop and maintain critical data flows, ETLs, and other analytic products, consolidating data from various sources.
- Provide analytics thought leadership in a high-profile project that make a significant business impact.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to find creative solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience working in data analytics with strong stakeholder management skills, including business intelligence development and descriptive analysis.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, PowerBI, and front-end tools like Streamlit.io
- Fast and Independent learner, agile mindset on how to deliver value iteratively, and adapt quickly to change.
