**YOUR INTERNSHIP**

Within the **Configuration and Change Management team**, your role will be to support the Project Configuration and Change Managers on daily tasks such as:

- Prepare and communicate agenda for Change Control Boards
- Prepare and communicate the Minutes of Meeting notes during the Change Control Boards
- Follow-up on Change Request actions during execution and implementation phase
- Prepare monthly or weekly Key Performance Indicator
- Management of traceable / serialized items

While the intern will be based in Saint-Bruno, he.she will work on cross sites projects within the North America region. The sites involved in the projects could be: Kingston, La Pocatiere, Plattsburgh, Brampton, Thunder Bay, etc.

He.she will be in interaction of all the functions of the project, including: engineering, industrialization, supply chain, quality, operation.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You study in a **project management or engineering university program**:

- You have ideally at least a first experience and knowledge of a manufacturing and/or technical environment
- Mastery of Windows series software (Excel, words, power point and outlook)
- You are at ease in both written and oral English and French
- You demonstrate perseverance, interpersonal skills, Good organizational and communication skills.
