As our Manager of Social Media & Content, you are passionate about building and growing online communities through brand-led content and discussions. You have a deep understanding of social media platforms and are inspired by digital trends. You have strong intuition when it comes to engaging in online conversations and managing risk in our highly regulated environment. To support our portfolio of brands, you have the ability to write copy and engage with communities through various different brand lenses, ensuring that each brand is brought to life authentically through their unique tone of voice.

You are known for driving results through carefully curated innovative and timely content. You know how to track and analyze data against KPIs and turn insights into action. You work closely with our external creative partners and our extended internal teams (including communications, trade marketing, product innovation, grow teams and more) to source and generate content. You excel in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and deliverables and working with a variety of stakeholders to get projects over the line.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**Social Media Management & Content Creation**
- Develop and implement content planning and ideation for various social media channels across our portfolio of brands that aligns with the company's brand identity and business objectives
- Plan and schedule social media content calendars
- Actively monitor social media engagement
- Work closely with our community manager to foster meaningful interactions with followers, customers, and influencers to build a loyal and engaged online community
- Leverage community management tools to schedule and post content
- In collaboration with our creative team, produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including copy, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms
- Curate user-generated content and collaborate with other departments to source relevant content Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all social media channels

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**
- Track and analyse key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, conversion rates, and follower growth
- Generate regular reports to showcase social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize content and campaign effectiveness Develop clear and concise reports on progress against KPIs

**Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support**
- Collaborate with brand and communications teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across different channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and growth

**OTHER DUTIES**

At Pure Sunfarms, we are all growers at heart. Our plants and processes require in-person care and attention to ensure we’re bringing the best our plants and people have to offer to our consumers. This means other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - seed to sale.

This role is hybrid, which requires you to work on-site a minimum of three (3) days per week in a role that provides core support functions to the business.

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management and marketing
- Strategic, creative and brand-led mindset focused on driving results
- Strong communicator and proven ability to effectively collaborate with various partners and stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time and establish clear objectives and day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
