**What’s the role?**

We are looking for a talented Head of Product to support Wazo in their validation for the Product Market Fit and accelerate the Product adoption.

As the Head of Product, you will be the embassador for the product vision: you will develop real customer and end-user empathy, and focus on delivering a product which meets the market needs quickly.

You will guide the future of the product, team up with the engineering team to build the Product strategic road map and make sure that the Product features are delivered on-time. You will also liaise with the marketing and sales teams so that the product initiatives support business growth.

You will have the unique ability to simultaneously champion the voice of the market and customers, and advocate for the interests of the business.

You will lead the product management group, including building a high performing team over the near term.. You will report to our COO based in NYC, and will be a key member of Wazo's executive team.

**What You'll Do ?**
- Define, communicate, and execute the vision and strategy for our product portfolio to support the overall business strategy, including: maintaining a clear product roadmap that improves customer / end-user experience and business outcomes; also drives bookings and retention metrics in the short and long-term;
- Be the UCaaS and Unified Communication market expert and have a deep knowledge about the competition;
- Identify, assess and optimize, in collaboration with our engineering team, our resource management process to deliver our roadmap, including : making decisions about new features or features that need to be taken-off;
- Work closely with Marketing to integrate the processes and support product roadmap decisions;
- Monitor speed to market with our CTO to ensure that the product team is shipping on time;
- Improve our customer / end-user experience and journey;
- Socialize the product vision with our main stakeholders (investors, company leaders, partners, customers, end-users, employees...).;
- Represent our vision and leadership in our field through speaking engagements at events and conferences, and among the community;
- Manage and develop the product team, contribute proactively to the product team’s success by continuously improving its operating model and by helping your team members increase their skills;
- Track business performance KPIs across the product lifecycle and roadmap;
- Overall, be accountable for the Product's success.

**What You'll Need to Succeed?**
- You have a holistic view of what it takes to deliver a Whole Product Experience;

**What Experience and Skills are Required?**
- 10+ years in business, including 5+ years in product management (and preferably in Unified communications and/or SaaS);
- 3+ years of successfully building and leading high-performing teams of individual product marketing contributors and/or managers;
- Track leading product marketing strategy and programs, from the discovery to the shipping stage;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Experience with working for and managing staff within a multicultural, globally distributed technology company;
- Experience with working in a high-growth and fast-paced technology company;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in order to keep focus on what needs to get done;
